Welcome to my world!

I’m currently living in the South East of England with my wonderful husband our beautiful daughter and our Cavapoo Louie.

I’ve always loved to create and have very early memories of both my mum and grandma teaching me how to bake and sew, in our house there was always a crafty project on the go. When I was a teenager my mum started a City and Guilds Course in Patchwork and Design, and I loved watching her sew and learning from her.

After a busy career as a Long Haul Cabin Crew and suffering from severe burnout I needed time to gather myself and rethink my future. My life changed when I got given a sewing machine for Christmas. Being a huge bag and purse addict meant it was only natural that was what I would start to make first, and as the purses started to build up I thought I better find an outlet to sell them. That’s when I opened my Etsy Shop. With my mum as my role model it was only natural that I would follow in her patchwork footsteps.

On this blog you will find plenty of posts about sewing, a little baking and crafts, and sometimes I’ll go off to topic and have a ramble about life.
