I love a Japanese craft book, but obviously they are always written in Japanese and unfortunately my Japanese is well it’s non-exsistant, so imagine how thrilled I was when I saw on Instagram that this beautiful book had been translated into English! There was some confusion at first as there are 2 different English versions, but the one in the picture above is the one available in the UK, Im not sure why they have different covers but I have been assured that they are indeed the same book.

The projects are beautiful and I can’t wait to make something, the hardest thing is deciding which one to make start with. Lovely bloggers Pretty by Hand and Zakka Art are hosting a quilt along which will be fun!

I’ve treated myself to some of the lovely new Lecien collection because it is always good to have an excuse to buy fabric!
